Akhal-teke stallion OS by LadyX-LT Akhal-teke stallion OS by LadyX-LT
I love Perlino horses so I made this :D the  original sculpture. 1:20 scale ( collectA size. bigger than schleich ). made of air-drying clay. Painted with acrylic paints. However it's hard to make jumping horse.. and yeah. I know need stand for him.

He's stunning! Inspired me to *try* and sculpt something myself :) Taking a break right now, any sculpting tips? I'm not very good at sculpting :S

thanks :) ok, I'll say some things about sculpting: Per day you can't make a model. I sculpted this few months.   Find some pictures of horse anotomy that will be easier.  Always make wire "bones", and for first try sculpture wouldn't look perfect so don't give up. ( sorry if somethings wrong :D I'm not english ).

Thank you :) I've always tried sculpting, but never really put in all my effort. Going to really try with this one! Time to look at a load of anatomy before I start working again... :P
